Good Friday March of the Cross: A large wooden cross is carried by citizens from Church to Church and downtown. The service ends with a community lunch at one of the sponsoring churches. All are welcome.
Easter Egg Hunt: Saturday before Easter Sunday Bring your basket and find prize filled eggs - Line up for the Easter Egg Hunt begins at 9:30 a.m.
Car Show: Friday before Butterfly Festival A car show of classic and antique cars downtown followed by a parade of cars and music.
NC Butterfly Festival: 1st Saturday in May 9:00 am - 4:00 pm Downtown Hudson Arts, crafts, good food and entertainment will be on the streets. The Depot Museum will be open and there will be something for everyone.
Hometown Concert Series: Dates to be Announced 7:00 pm Hickman Windmill Park Bring lawn chairs and join in the fun at Hickman Windmill Park behind Town Hall - FREE CONCERT!
Memorial Day Service: HUB Station A simple, meaningful service to honor our service men and women.
Kiddie Car Parade: July 4th 10:00 am (Line Up 9:30 am) HUB Station to Redwood Park Children decorate bikes, wagons, skateboards and themselves and for a march from HUB Station to Redwood Park for a free afternoon of swimming at the pool.

Man and Woman of the Year Banquet: October - HUB Station Hudson honors in a special way those who serve it.
Thanksgiving Eve Service: Sunday leading into Thanksgiving Week Community churches host a service in which all participate. Light refreshments and fellowship follow. Watch for annoucements of the host church.
Christmas Tree Lighting: 1st Tuesday after Thanksgiving The Town Christmas Tree is lighted along with the street Christmas lights, the Christmas Story is shared and Christmas Carols are sung - then we have a "Special Visitor." Stores remain open for refreshments and browsing. A good start for the Holiday Season!"

Christmas Parade: 1st Saturday in December - 2:00 pm (Lineup begins at 1:00) at Hudson Middle School From the Middle School to Hudson First Baptist Church. Churchs and Civic groups join antique cars, beauty queens, South Caldwell Band, fire departments and much more for a parade through Town.
